This June, Ukrainian retail outlets have started selling Bochkove, a new beer brand marketed under the Zibert trademark.
Bochkove is a light lager beer brewed according to old German recipes skillfully reproduced by the Corporation’s brewers. The beer has high density and a smooth flavor as if just served from the barrel. The new brand is brewed using German varieties of aromatic hops, giving the beer a pleasant bitterness and aroma. The characteristic properties of Bochkove are its beautiful amber color and a tall head of dense foam.
Oleh Vynnyk, Zibert brand manager: Zibert Bochkove is brewed according to old German recipes reproduced by our brewers. To create a beer with a taste and flavor as if just served from a barrel at Oktoberfest, we used special varieties of aromatic hops from Germany. Our own fresh malt produced from the best Ukrainian barley lends Bochkove a full and saturated taste. With Bochkove, anyone can tap their own barrel of beer now."
Zibert Bochkove has an alcohol content of at least 5% and 12.5% of dry solids. Shelf life: 90 days. Available in a 0.5 l glass bottle, 1 and 2 l PET bottles.
The average retail price of an 0.5 l glass bottle is UAH 5.0.
The Zibert trademark includes the brands Svitle, Bavarske, and Bochkove.
