At the end of January, the results of The Most Honored Employers of Ukraine 2010' research which was conducted by Reputation Capital and HeadHunter, were announced. According to the research, Obolon took fifth place among those Ukrainian companies with the best employer reputation.
Obolon Corporation took 13th place in the overall rating among companies with the best employer reputation (including international companies operating in Ukraine). Obolon was the only brewing corporation that entered the top list of this rating, i. e. it was positively assessed by potential employees.
Rating of the five most honoured employers of Ukraine in 2010 (among companies with Ukrainian capital) is as follows: 1. SKM 2. Metinvest 3. Roshen 4. Kyivstar 5. ObolonSergiy Bloschanevych, Chairman of the Council of Obolon JSC and Director for Human Resources and Utilities stated: Obolon regards its employees with pride and great value. The Company’s activity is aimed at increasing the professional skills of employees, improving their working conditions, safety operations, and securing their social protection. Without a doubt, economic vicissitudes have had a negative impact on the beer industry and this, unfortunately, forced us to take measures to optimize human resources.
